I agree totally, but the effort must still be made. This is not an uncommon situation - Novastan will be priced high at the beginning while the accepted indications for use are somewhat "rare". Later, after clinicians (and managed care) grasp all the benefits, use will spread. Hey - maybe I'm wrong & lots of people will us it right off the bat & the company will soar - wouldn't that be a bummer?
