Pointman, Monday IBD A6 , the article talk about the Database Vendor..... It mention three leading database company was different from my post yesterday. Oracle has market share 36.8%, Informix has 15.6% ( second) and third is Sybase (10.3%),Computer associates(5.8%),Microsoft (5%) and IBM(4%). About the technology for database, It may be the same technology.... but the ( way it's used) is different from industry to industry......... It is good article to help me to understand the "database"...... Yuan
