John, Thank you for your answer! If you read my answer to Bryan, you see the mistake I made. I think the value the seller wrote on that paper isn't so important, because he has to file form 144 PRIOR to the sale (I didn't read this out of the form definition precisely! shame on me!). And I think the seller sold then the shares at the current price level (about 3$ on January 24). It's not this guy it's me who's kicking himself because I didn't sell that day. But I'm shure I'll get another chance. Good luck Marcus
