I have not
been able to enjoy anywhere near these kind of returns with CC'ing.
I've hit home runs with DELL and IBM, and I've lost my shirt with
VVUS and MAVK. I seem to do much better with Fidelity sector
funds. Any quick thoughts on what I might be missing?

I have been getting maybe 3-6% monthly over recent months......because I have some stocks I want to hold on to..like ORCL, AMGN, DELL,PAYX...and their CC's are only good for that. I buy them back....before expiry if they're in the money.

I don't think you can get 20%/month which BTW....is 10%/month multiplied X 2 for margin. Coveredcalls.com uses non margin.....but to get anywhere like that...you have to be lucky with these highly volatile stocks.....and you simply are going to have a good number that tank before expiry.....so your experience is more like the rest of us.

HERM's WINS...is designed to help you out......gaining an 1/8 here, a 1/4 there..and hopefully a 1/2 here and there....so you increase your yield. Hey...if you only make 6%/month....that's a double in a year...by the rule of 72. I'll take that anyday
