Jack,

Good post. However on the standard chart, MCNS has failed to break resistance in the 10 - 10 3/8 range 4 times now. That's not positive. Also, volume does not indicate any forthcoming moves upward. This stock does not have a fan club right now AND 'overhead' is awaiting any rises, news or not. I think new highs are in the distant future. Just hope to see the Company continue to move ahead.
