Steve, I just finished reading this week's Westergaard Online's "The Daily Interpreter". westergaard.com:8080/new.html Having completed his research, I note that Westergaard has printed a retaction in bold print that "It has been determined that he does not represent professional short sellers as claimed." His only remaining charges against you appear to be: 1. "Promoting non-investment oriented interests " of ILT. 2. "Bad mouthing the products of a competitor, Premier Laser Systems (PLSIA". 3. "Pluvia's (is) disingenuousness". It appears he no longer believes that you have committed any crimes. I haven't checked "Shaking the Money Tree". Has Metz printed a retraction yet about the implication of you short selling PLSIA? I guess your attorney is having a field day. Cisco
