Exercise in futility on the part of the Dims... The socialist state of California currently has such a law... It's basically unconstitutional based on USSC's decision in the Bruen case. Califonia's law has been slowly working its way thru the federal court. It's been overturned once or twice already by Judge Benitez in San Diego. Due again in December. Won't be resolved finally until it goes back to the SC.
