Sarmad, Well, you saw I initiated an AMAT ST dark-side position goin' inta da close today (FD Thread), so I wouldn't be offended by a little scalpin' dip on the BTB. <g> I actually wasn't planning to make a play on the numbers, but the entry seemed reasonable at the time and ya know I like ta have fun! So, besides wind direction and velocity, the real "indicator" that prompted me ta take a chance was the seemingly solid consensus that the report would be positive to some degree. (Note: consensus from friends and contacts). My thought was simply that unless surprisingly good news were to be announced, the reaction would likely be no reaction at best. It just seemed as if the ST risk reward slightly favored the downside. Still, experience tells me that this report can be spun a thousand different ways, so I remain cautious about expecting anything other than little to no reaction. AdvocateDevil
