Have you ever heard the term Tainted evidence?? Do you know the definition of that term? Do you know of any jury in any type of trial which has based its decision on Tainted evidence? With the considerable handling or mishandling of those ballots due to counts, recounts and recounts and recounts, and with the trail of chads left behind after each recount would you not agree that any future opinion of those ballots will be based on tainted evidence?
