I do not understand why the stock has traded straight down. I recently bought the stock at $16, on the way down from $24 after the announcement. Perhaps the announcement was too vague-no specific plans. I think SVRN represents good value without any net play, and great value with it. It is also possible that the company becomes a takeover candidate.
