AXC down 2 1/2 over the last two trading sessions. Wheeew! I just got off of the phone with Ampex's Investor Relations. They stated that no news has been released by the company since the shelf offering and did not offer comment on the price decline. The decline must be a combination of the shelf offering and good-old profit taking. Since the stockholders meeting is tomorrow at 9:30am PST, and I would suspect that some good news will be released afterwards, it may be good idea to pick up a few more shares on any additional weakness after the opening bell. Any comments?
