I read this site and looks like many are blaming Dillon for trying to save this company. You talked about Wireless. Dillon was asked to help them, was a consultant, then they asked him to get the business, don't worry, we DEWine will raise the funds. Dillon did what he was asked to to, got the first ever GSM cellular license in Africa, Wine never raised the money, Dillon used his own money and assets to keep it going. In the end most walked away ,Wine and friends, with lots of it and Dillon was never paid, or got any return of his 1M+ lone to the company.

6 years later Wine asked him to help again with Gridline. He agreed as they said they had a great BPL product that they owned. , which was not true, then the Board asked him to take the CEO role when the current CEO resigned to protect the company from some Bribe thing a shareholder and Board member? We're implicated on.

As for Dillon making all that Money, the last pay check he got was in 2006. As for Voobon, they were handed off to Dillon and he did as instructed by the board. They never closed and Dillon released a Notice about that.
As for the Africa project, he has raised personal assets to pay all expenses, and keep the company alive and the Africa project in motion. The delisting was a voluntary request as the company could not afford the costs of a public with no benifit for company or shareholders. He spent 62 weeks over 2 1/2 years working in Africa and they are now preparing the agreements to start working.
You bitch about a guy that has fought a war for the shareholders in a time when Millions of small businesses have failed, closed their doors and left their Shareholders with nothing. We have told him he should tell the board to shut it down but he keeps fighting for the company.
Maybe u should know the truth before you start your bad mouthing about a guy that is committed to his shareholders and creditors .
