Sounds good to me. Will have to check Bell Atlantic since I am in the
same service area with the same problems. What is really galling is to have the TV on in the background while I am trying to get online
and hear repeated AOL ads for new customers. This tells you they
don't give a **** about their existing ones. Technical service told me they could not say if problems would be fixed in a week, a month or a year!
