Hardly. He never took the bet. He was too aware of SPD's eventual success and the reality of sales and profits. The setbacks haven't ended this story. If Wexler wants to bet that REFR will NEVER be profitable as he says. I'll take him on again.
My bet is he'll pass. He knows better.

As the scumsuckers choke, sputter and stutter over my last message, let's move on AGAIN to another topic. The silly "contest" on this board is simply whether you believe the shortside paid perps on this board or the REFR licensees. Do you really believe that Air Products, duPont, St. Gobain, Isoclima, NSG, Pilkington, Hitachi and all the others have been duped by a company (REFR) with less than 15 employees? In what possible way are the paid liars on this board more credible? Obviously the licensees all have seen significant enough promise in SPD technology to get involved, invest, develop prototypes, put in test installations and create manufacturing capability. Can anyone possibly buy the bullshit line from the bashers that these world class companies are participating in a "fraud" or "scam"??? Bwahahahahahahahah!!
The EXTREME weakness of the scumsucker/perp position here is that they can not and will not attack the major licensees (of course they pound relentlessly on the smaller and weaker ones who may not have the legal resources to go after them). At least they are smart enough to know that if they spin their lies against the big boys they will have their asses handed to them in a handbasket and find themselves (or their handlers) in court for slander and/or libel. So, instead, they twist, distort, deceive, change the subject, cite old news, attack REFR management, disparage the technology, lie about weak "competing technologies that have been long ago rejected, spout nonsense, and soil their panties.
I won't vote against some of the largest, most successful, technologically sophisticated companies in the world. I won't vote against a light control technology that offers the widest range, fastest switching, and greatest adaptability to both glass and plastic surfaces in the world. I won't vote against REFR/SPD and their licensees. WHY? Because the alternative vote is in favor of a bunch of financial criminals and manipulators and their paid liars on an obscure message board who have failed in all their attempts to ruin this company and who have never introduced one single bit of evidence that their position is valid. And they never will. Their crap is total and complete fabrication and made-up fantasies. It's no choice at all. REFR/SPD is the real deal and the scumsuckers are part of a worn-out, obsolete and failed criminal program to ruin REFR that has no hope, no future and deserves no consideration. |
