Also of note is the fact that S-8 registrations can have different impacts on the share price according to how the investors perceive it. Such as, whether the S-8 is an infrequent occurrence or a monthly occurrence with a particular company. Monthly occurrence? Oh MY! I wonder what kind of impact on share price that would have. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
