This internet thing is sure bringing me a lot more insight on how things work. I think that as we netizens become more and more aware of the day-to-day shenanigans that businesses and people play on each other, we might be able to spotlight those activities and get them shut down.

You know, I sure hope some competent writer has started the book on the Iomega story. I think the story would be an excellent pivot for describing how the market is evolving to accommodate the web.
