At this level DGIV is holding nicely above it's 200 day moving average. Both the share price and the volume is much lower than a few months ago. That's pretty similar to most of the other OTC BB stocks. I don't like the fact that we can't find any SEC filed documents. I don't like the fact that the company has no possibility of finding a market for its' technology in the US. I guess at these levels I would say it's a decent risk, just not one for me.
