The rule is silly, anyway, as the real problems are covered by other rules (spam, personal attacks, etc)

Well, what you said, plus the conspiracy theorists like gvatty, who think Intel is paying me and others to post (where do I sign up for that job?) and thinks that too many negative posts will drive the stock down.
