Given our homework assignment, I found myself kicking around in JCO, and came across this recent editorial, which some may find relevant to this exercise in particular, and the interpretation of trial results in general:

"The Phase III candidate: Can we improve the science of selection?"

Although the articles require subscription, the editorials -- which often summarize the more important articles pretty well -- are free. Worth bookmarking.
