INFE to Acquire TheBullseye.com; New Features
Planned for Investor Web Site

TYSONS CORNER, Va., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- INFe.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: INFE - news), formerly Infocall
Communications Corp., a technology infrastructure consulting company announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire TheBullseye.com, a Virginia based company.

TheBullseye.com operates a Web site designed to service the global investor. The site features analyst reports on featured companies, stock quotes, currency information, investor news items, a chat room, and many other features geared to attract the global Internet investor.

According to INFe.com, CEO, Tom Richfield, ``We were searching for a vehicle to enable us to reach the global investor as a method of expanding our INFE-Relations operations. TheBullseye.com is the perfect answer. They have created a Web site designed to attract the global investor audience and are generating high traffic. Our goal is to capture this audience and link it to our investor relations marketing programs to generate more exposure for our own client base.''
