The idea that any president in recent memory was a dictator, even Dick Nixon, is laughable. Dictators don't have to put up with the guff that these presidents did. They don't have their legislative agendas thwarted; they are not subject to Congressional and criminal investigation; they do not have to raise tons of money merely to hold onto their jobs. In our government, power is diffuse, and one has to know how to work with other branches of government, as well as states and municipalities.....
