"Think about it, do you buy at the top, or the bottom if you are in the know?"

Buck, you pose an interesting question. I would think that most intelligent people, like you or I, would buy at the bottom. But has there been a decision on the intelligence level of "cnc"'s management? :)

(The one overriding concern that I have, as I read the Value Line report, is "cnc"'s huge debt level. It's tough to make signifcant changes when a company is burdened with this type of load.)

My comments aren't an attack against you or any long "cnc"'s , as I know how painful it is to be long a stock that continues to go down. I'm just trying to get a handle on what management is going to do to turn "cnc" around, and what is going to happen to "cnc"'s management's stock loans? They are being crushed.

Just my opinion,

Respectfully, advalorem
