I am not sure how you could read a real estate article that talked about giving up selling a complex worth over $100 million because after several years on the market it couldn't be sold, and not think it was negative. I am not familiar with DGIT and/or XYLN, but will check them out. Do you think they are short-worthy? I very rarely short - just a few times ever. I am annoyed with myself for not shorting AURM, which sped up to 42 a week or two ago, and I stopped watching for a few days, and then it tanked to 33. It is creeping back up - will watch it for possible short if it tops 40 again.
