Dart, I just got off the phone with the S.E.C. I wanted to verify the
time limit that the company has in order to file their 10-Q. The limit
is 45 days following the last day of the quarter being reported, so
that day is today. They will have to file a delay with the S.E.C., unless
their 10-Q is received by Monday. This is B.S. and I for one am
pissed. I intend to do everything I can legally do, which is not much,
to get to the bottom of this. In light of that (I think investors will be
pleased) statement, at the last C.C. , hell I might have grounds to
start a class action, I would only do this if management decides to
continue this crap.
