* Major OT* Ever want to be a part-owner in a resort?.... Hi all! Back from a weekend in the Bahamas.....and a surprise trip to the emergency room in the middle of the night (wife got a nasty stomach virus overnight).. Resort opp: 500k needed to play....based in Freeport (Grand Bahama)...36 rooms/60 slips/boat repair biz too.......quick and dirty tells me it could be an excellent opportunity for someone...still, major DD needed.........PM me if you want to know more..
