Skeets, Other than lawyers and accountants, I had my biggest corporate fights with obnoxious MIS folks. Both employees and outside contractors. They were all sweet as could be to me, taking me to lunch, promising the Moon and stars. Then, when they trained the people who worked for me, they turned into Mr. Hyde. I was very fortunate in that I had folks who told me when they were unhappy about a situation and that I had enough clout to get it fixed. Also, not only did I have the ability to get an MIS person fired or a consultant's contract cancelled, the pro wrasslin' background and my size made my threat to throw them out the window at least within the realm of possibility. <g> MB
