the Australian miners are short over 2000 tons, and mostly at much lower prices (see Centaur...it was hedged at 440 Ozzie pesos per oz....haven't seen that price in quite a while. my guess is that most of them are now underwater on their hedges). there's going to be wailing and gnashing of teeth...
