California without Brown is like Illinois and New Jersey electing D governors to put foxes in their financial chicken coups. Sit back and watch. The only thing saving their fiscal idiocy is the Trump economy. How ironic. Ohio showed sanity by electing all Republicans to state offices. Brown got a Mulligan when his bet opponent dropped out.
