We usually announce major changes on the member home page after the fact, but making all personal profiles visible to non-members (I think that's your concern?) would be a "sensitive" change and we would give you as much notice as possible. With the recent addition of private messaging to the site, it's easy to send such notifications to everyone. I see the personal profiles evolving to function more like custom home pages, so it might actually be desirable to the creator to make it visible to non-members. We will likely make it (the ability to make your profile visible to non-members) an option you can set, much like the option to display your email address. Brad
