Arnold,

Back in November thats what scared a lot of people out and the gap we will fill. Arson or not the insurance company has to pay. The company did not set the fire. Bottom line is the insurance company will drag their feet to save themselves as much money as possible. They will then pay off the minimum they can and a final settlement will be reached later. The company has $35M in interruption insurance that may give them an added boost. Like MAXF it takes a while to figure it all out but the bottom line is thats why they paid for the insurance.
