Melanie, Let me understand this... You say Red Herring is not professional because they are exposing the bad news coming out of the court proceedings. But all the Industry rags that print pro-MSFT propaganda for fear that their MSFT advertising dollar will be cut if they dont are considered to be good professional papers? Let me ask you one more question - can you disprove any of the information that this paper has printed about MSFT's court proceedings? If you cant, then why not just sit back and be prepared for more of this news because once the trial really gets started then - in your eyes - there will be countless more media that will become unprofessional for printing bad news about MSFT's wrong-doings.
