thank you Nick. i'm still ....... wandering about last mondays action. it's still puzzling about the heavy sales though out the whole day, without a whole lot of follow through the rest of the week. i'd like to say this is a market maker, but blocks were going all day long, maybe a stealth mm. good news came out later in the week as pres. clinton extended the ban for off shore drilling for many parts of the country around the coasts. this in itself was not as interesting as parts of this ban (which is already in effect) provide for greater regulation and enforcement of all off shore drilling. if any of you can do a relevant search under "oil environmental" you should find a whole host of articles on the aforemention ban along with all sorts of issues on off shore drilling in general; especially in florida and the gulf. pls. recall fiberchem's last press release dated may 18, mr hewitt stated they expect to outfit their "clients" system wide platforms in the gulf this quarter, maybe this had some play in last wks action later
