Go Online Networks Announces Sales Exceeding $1.1 Million for First Month of 2002 Company Expects Over 300 Percent Growth For 1st Quarter; Kerwin Burns Announced as New General Manager for Digital West Marketing

BUENA PARK, Calif., Feb 14, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Joseph Naughton, chairman
of Go Online Networks Corp. (OTCBB: GONT), today announced that sales revenues
for its initial month of operations for 2002 have exceeded $1,100,000 compared
with $245,650 for the same period in 2001.

"This represents that our company's sales have exceeded the one million dollar
threshold for a monthly period for the first time and naturally we are quite
excited and encouraged," Naughton was quoted. "Our sales on a comparable basis
are even stronger since our entire volume this period was produced by our
Computer Services Division, Digital West Marketing which last year produced
$216,775 during this same period. Nearly $800,000 in new sales during a tough
economy clearly demonstrates our business model is working well."

Naughton also announced that on Jan. 3, 2002, Kerwin Burns has joined the
company in a newly created role of General Manager for the Digital West
division. "In his new role Kerwin has day-to-day operational control of the
division. He has oversight responsibility for our Refurbishing Department, Sales
and Marketing. His performance as well as his entire staff has been quite
remarkable during his first month with our company to say the least. He has set
an extremely high criteria for himself and the staff and I am quite confident
our shareholders will be excited about our results in the near and long term
thanks to Kerwin's efforts," Naughton continued.

Burns is a California native and a lifelong resident of the San Fernando Valley
region of greater Los Angeles. He was an officer for the Los Angeles Police
Department, owned and operated two Baseball Collectible stores from 1986 until
selling both locations in 1995. Since 1999 he has managed and operated a
successful specialty computer retail store in Chatsworth, Calif. prior to
joining Digital West.

"Kerwin's strong organizational and sales skills will greatly benefit the
company and his superior knowledge of the 'end user' markets will be a key asset
in helping to build our margins of profitability in the future," Naughton said.

Burns is married and the father of two children and resides in Valencia, Calif.
