Why would Morgan Grenfell buy Solvex shares at 38 when the stock was 25?? because the whole float can be manipultaed and secondly..we dont know the details and terms..I wouldnt be surprised to see a due-dili clause and that the stock goes up..millions atre made and then the stock deal get s canned or altered...It happens all the time ..Lots of wierd stuff happens in Germany and Europ..
