There are lots of things I like about Wolfspeed's management team but their handling of non-GAAP is utter BS. They have decided to exclude factory underutilization charges from their non-GAAP gross margins.

This is worse than their current practice of excluding factory startup costs from non-GAAP GM's.

Their guidance for GAAP GM's in '24/'25 has dropped from 49% to 40%.
