Jack,

I sold MSFT at 100 several weeks ago. I am waiting to get back in
at 85 or better. I lodaded on INTC between 124 and 127, but I like
another opportunity to buy @ 120 but I may not get it.

There are two stocks I am keeping a close eye on. The first is HP
and the second is KO. KO is 15% of my total portfoglio for years. I am
waiting to buy at 50 or better.

I have been holding MCI for several years, but I think I will let it
go at 40, and that we may see in next few days.

Among oil stocks I particularly like Royal Dutch, and Chevron. Do you
know them?

What do you think about the present state of the market? Is it the long
awaited correction, or just a fear of another rate hike in May?
