Alan, Did you really mean to say that John Kerry was a war hero? I don't think you did. He fled a battle in the river, and left his comrades on their own. He shot an enemy in the back as he was running away. He wounded himself by shooting up a sack of rice that flew back on hit him in the ass. He used a tactic that is not used by heros to get out of the service early because of three Purple Hearts, when at least one of them was bogus.
