C.M. How do I interpret AXC recent news? If it is true that they are using the proceeds for developing the keeper tech. further I feel the increase is granted. However, this company has been putting out shares on regular basis. Check the prospectus. Shareholders don't like that because it dilutes share value. Demand for keeper technology must justify this action in the future. N.O.
