Sounds very similar M.O. as Gridline --- buying up the rights on the Ivory Coast.

Dillon pulls out unscathed leaving a trail of misery and financial ruin many families behind.
Even his own family members suffered major losses. Several lost their homes.

I personally watched his Mother in law fall to her knees when her home was sold on the auction block.
Right up to the end he was attempting to sell stock in a worthless company that was going under.

If you do business with any company he's involved with do so with caution, and keep your purse strings closed.
