Vonage Bullish Pennant - Is Vonage ready to move?

We are seeing a consolidation in progress - a Bullish Pennant being formed.

acronet.net

Looking good to me!

You can read more about this Bullish Continuation Pattern here!

tradingpricepatterns.com

They seem ready to move up from here.

BUT have you ever seen such garbage posts talking about NOTHING? No common sense! Hidden agendas!

1.) DOES anyone Believe Vonage is NOT adding customers with Vonage World?

2.) DOES anyone Believe that as a customer, I can find a full service phone provider that supplies me with the same level of UNLIMITED services and features for $25 a month?

3.) DOES anyone Believe it is a BAD thing to add Smart Phones to the mix?

4.) DOES anyone Believe that Vonage is NOT UNDERVALUED to it's competitors?

ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT PUSHED VONAGE TO SUCH LOW VALUATIONS ARE HISTORY.

Here are 3 valuations that I came up with, another is added that mikeeddd mentioned:

mikeeddd -
VALUATION PER SUB
AT today's stock price, VG is worth $101 per sub (customer) compared to the industry standard of $250
VALUATION PER SUB WOULD PUT VONAGE PPS AT: $4.05

BUYOUT VALUATION:
Skype, a company that is very simular to VG, with less revenues and never a profit, was just sold for 4.5X revenue
SKYPE VALUATION WOULD PUT VONAGE PPS AT: $21

COMPETITOR COMPARISON VALUATION by *Price/Sales (ttm) and *Enterprise Value/Revenue (ttm)
* Definition - help.yahoo.com

Vonage Corp (VG)
Price/Sales (ttm): 0.30
Enterprise Value/Revenue (ttm): 0.49

Vonages MAIN COMPETITORS

8x8 Inc. (EGHT)
P/S: 0.92
EV/R: 0.68

Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ)
P/S: 0.83
EV/R: 1.45

AT&T, Inc. (T)
P/S: 1.21
EV/R: 1.77

Comcast Corporation (CMCSA)
P/S: 1.26
EV/R: 2.09

Lets average the competitors numbers:

Average Price/Sales (ttm): 1.055
Average Enterprise Value/Revenue (ttm): 1.49

____________________________________________
COMPARISON VALUATION WOULD PUT VONAGE PPS AT:
Per Sub Value ===================== $4.05
Buyout Value ===================== $21
Average Price/Sales =============== $5.27
Average Enterprise Value/Revenue == $4.56

WAY UNDERVALUED NO MATTER WHAT METHOD I LOOK AT, AND IN THE PROCESS OF CORRECTING UP.
