To all: Does anyone know how strong ABTX is in the turfgrass sector? I spoke with a couple of people in the Soil and Crop Sciences Department at Texas A&M today and they said: The money is in Alfalfa and Turfgrass! They agreed that the forage and turfgrass seed sector was ripe for consolidation, although they did not know of ABTX and therefore did not know if ABTX was the one to do it. They also gave me a couple more contacts at TAMU and Dallas that I plan on getting in touch with tomorrow. Supposedly they are more in touch with turfgrass. I'll post their opinions when I have them. Has anyone else talked to people in the industry?
