this is propaganda, even if Russia will find financing sources in China the price will be higher due to the lack of free markets competition.

This is exactly what happen with the hugs NG deal with China - razor thin if at all profits over extraction cost. So basically Russia sold NG for free and they took on themselves all the operating risk - outright stupid.

Same scenario will happen if Russia will be isolated - they will be China servants
