Hi Jack,
Excellent Idea, you should pitch it to AT&T. I've had pretty good service with AT&T. Plus you get a break in the price (19.95/Mo.) if they are your carriers.

On a related issue, it was said that most ISPs can not afford to continue this type of pricing. Therfore, we may see the end of the $19.95 pricing. Already, most smaller ISPs are being baught by the likes of Netcom. However, even they are thinking twice about this plan.
