I sent an email to Sytron and asked about the costs of the legal suit and possible future costs. I was pleasantly surprised it was responded to immediately and they stated all costs of the suit, including legal fees, were included in the last quarter fincials that were just provided. This company has gone thruough quite a bit in repositioning itself, writing off outdated equipment, etc. I think they are now positioned to become profitable. Jim
