This stock is so overpriced it makes my stomach turn. Who would want to invest in a company that is competing head on with MSFT in the browser market and with IBM and others in the intranet market which should mushroom? Not me. This stock is fairly valued at $35 a share, max in my view. If I were playing options, I would buy puts. I guess they are issuing 5.75 Million shares to compete better--good luck, MSFT will buy off customers and crush them. They should have let MSFT buy them out before going public--oh well, hindsight is 20-20.
