There may also be an issue of how well the MEMS pixels operate at lower temperatures. Maybe that's why Goodman demoed the Kyobo inside. I assume she was in Soeul at the time. Whenever Qualcomm brings out their next version, they might be better off bringing it to a non humid temperate market where it can be used outside just as much as inside. Launching new product around the summer solstice rather than the winter solstice might make more sense too.
