Loral Space emerges from Chapter 11 Tue Nov 22, 2005 08:16 AM ET BOSTON, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Loral Space & Communications (LRLSQ.OB: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday said that it has concluded its bankruptcy reorganization, formally emerging from Chapter 11 protection. The company said it has about $180 million in cash and has $126 million of debt in the form of the notes issued by Loral Skynet. Loral Skynet has also issued $200 million of preferred stock to certain creditors of Loral Orion. More to come, I'm sure.
