If you cannot get through to use the service (in all seriousness, AOL would, as a secondary consideration, like you to be able to use the service), what would make you think you could get through to cancel. Hey these guys are smart. They figure by the time you can get through, you will either have given up or cooled off. Inertia is a wonderful tool.
