Forget about the successor to Rhodes monitoring this thread, I think it the CEO should be one of us FROM this thread. :)

After Robin's "positive" analysis on the resignation, I find the situation much more clear. Excellent job. The points he made appear to be VERY logical and sound. Let's hope most of us are right, where we can look forward to the continued growth of the company, which can include the appointment of a new CEO, who may be better able to serve the company in it's next step of development which looks like distribution and marketing growth.
