Someone who knows Qualcomm (the company, not just the stock) pointed this out to me a few days ago. I have been reading through the court filings for the Markman hearing, which defines terms, and it looks to me like Qualcomm has a real problem. They sure are trying to twist definitions. No one really knows how judges come out on these things, but I like what I saw well enough to pick up a few shares. Btw, I understand the space the patent in question is in, and it looks like Parker had a good idea. Court decision apparently imminent.
